Please read this Agreement carefully as it governs your use of the Dental Care website – www.dental-care.ie. By continuing to use our site you are agreeing to the terms set out below.

1. PROVISION OF WEB SITE SERVICE

The Site is owned and operated by Dental Care whose registered office is at 40 Main Street, Bray, Co. Wicklow, Ireland.

2. LIMITED RIGHTS TO USE CONTENT

All material including any intellectual property in it displayed on the Site belongs to Dental Care or its suppliers. Dental Care gives you the right, for your own personal or non-commercial purposes only to (1) retrieve and display the Content on your PC screen; (2) print individual pages on paper; (3) store individual pages in electronic form on CD/disk. You may not, without prior written permission given byDental Care within the previous six months, (1) redistribute any of the Content or supply it to other people; (2) remove the copyright or trade mark notices from any copies of Content made under this Agreement; (3) create a database in any form (including electronic or structured manual form) by downloading, copying and storing all or any of the Content; (4) except as expressly set in this Agreement, modify, reproduce or in any way use any of the Content.

3. LIMITED WARRANTIES

Dental Care will use its reasonable skill and care in making sure that the Site is available to you on a continual basis. However, because of the number of sources from which Dental Care obtains the Content and because of the nature of the Internet, Dental Care does not give you any other warranties. In particular, you should not take the accuracy or availability of the information for granted and Dental Care makes no warranty that the Site is free from infection by viruses or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In respect of the Content that is available on the Site, Dental Care will use its reasonable endeavour to resolve faults. You agree that Dental Care will not be responsible for any losses you may incur a result of your use or non-use of that Content.

5. PRIVACY POLICY

Dental Care is committed to protecting the privacy of those using our Site. The information that you provide about yourself to Dental Care will only be used by Dental Care in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

6. MODIFICATIONS TO WEBSITE CONTENT

In endeavouring to improve the Site and services offered, Dental Care reserve the right at all times to make changes to the Content, including these Terms & Conditions. Prices and products are subject to change without notification. You will be subject to the policies and Terms & Conditions in place at the time of your visit to the Site.

The Site contains links to other websites and resources. Dental Care will make clear where such links are being made. Independent third parties provide these sites. Dental Care is not responsible and shall not be liable for the availability or content of these outside resources. Please be aware that Dental Care is not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements / terms & conditions of every website. The privacy policy highlighted in section 5 applies solely to information collected by Dental Care.

8. GENERAL

There is no specific time limit applying to your access and use of the site. However, Dental Care reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access and use at any time. It may exercise the right with or without notice.
You may not assign, sub-licence or otherwise transfer this Agreement or your rights of access to the Site.
Failure by either party to exercise any right or remedy under this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy
Irish law will apply to this Agreement and both you and Dental Care agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts. All contracts that result from the use of this website are concluded in English.
Relevant legislation governing these Terms & Conditions is the Sales of Goods (Supply of Services) Act, 1980, the Consumer Information Act, 1978, the Electronic Commerce Act, 2000, the EU Directive on Distance Selling, SI 207 of 2001 and SI 68 of 2003, the Data Protection (Amendment) Act, 2003 and the Copyright & Related Act, 2000.
Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. These terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Ireland.
